We started Benne & Co. so that the people of Ambernath could enjoy good-quality South Indian food without having to travel all the way to South Bombay.
Before opening our doors, we did deep research — visiting Bangalore to taste and understand the real flavors, running multiple trials, and only launching when we truly felt ready.
